Overview

After the success of the first edition of the International Conference on the Performance of Organizations CIPO' 2016, the Second e  edition CIPO'2020 confirms our desire is to reunite the researchers and professionals from all over the world to debate on the theme of the performance of the organizations.

Thus, this scientific conference launched since 2016 will emphasize the insight into the accuracy of organization's overall performance. Therefore, the research work must seek to explain the differences in the performance observed between organizations.
